Thank you for supporting our studio! Because our items are handcrafted and often personalized, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if there is an error on our part—such as a mistake in personalization or an incorrect item shipped—we will gladly make it right.

  • Please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item (and packaging, if damaged).

  • If the error is ours, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
